  • I did it for a while and it didn't help at all. In fact it may have made my autoimmune issues worse, I had way more flareups on AIP than at any other time. But that could have been coincidence I suppose. I've tried loads of diets to see if they help and they never do.

  • Not for me personally, it doesn't. If I made my diary open I can guarantee I wouldn't log everything because I would feel ashamed and judged for the way I eat. There's nothing dangerous about what I choose to eat or anything - it's just not what people would expect for a 'diet'! :D
