It's amazing when you realize how many calories are in processed food and restaurant food. 1,200 is what I was at when I started MFP. I would wake up hungry, I would go to bed hungry. It was hell but it was so worth it.

Hunger comes from an empty stomach. The bigger the stomach, the harder it is to fill. As you lose weight, your stomach shrinks. Does the hunger ever go away? Yes. As you lose weight, you will feel less and less hunger and finally when your stomach reaches it optimum size, the hunger will go away.

This happens to me too. When it does, you need to cut down to 1200 cal.

It's funny how nobody has figured out that Pokemon Go works by triangulation. A random pokemon pops up when two or more users are close by. The pokemon isn't there waiting for you. It's put there when two of you log in. But hey, if it gets you to exercise more then thats a bonus

counting steps is meaningless. you need to count distance walked. one mile = 100 calories. 2lbs = 7000 calories. So you need to walk 70 miles

Been there, done that. High cholesterol and high blood pressure made me stop. No longer low carb, but I am doing great with MFP
