  • This month has been my biggest loss so far with 23 lbs. Lots of water and working out twice a day 6 days a week for about 1.5-2 hrs total each day. Making sure I switch up exercises every week a bit to keep my body guessing.
  • This is totally my story. My ex broke it off 1 month shy of 6 years. And 10 days after a new year long lease started. The first 28 lbs were stress and anxiety over the living situation and the following 30 have been all me putting in the work and becoming insanely awesome.
