Hi, I'm 47 soon 48 and have 30 lbs to loose, went Down 8 lbs last year, managed to put a few back on since November, but I am determined to loose 30 lbs this year. I know it's a long Journey and need support to get there. Let's do this together :-)

I agree with you Crodriq1, weekends are easier for me to stay on track, specially with the exercise. I have an office job so I tend to move a lot more during the weekends.

I hear you, I'm struggling as well. But don't get discouraged, sometimes it takes time to find the right food/exercise balance to start loosing weight. Feel free to add me as a friend to encourage each other.

Good idea, I found myself taking extra rounds around the building and taking short walking breaks during lunch. Will start doing stairs break too !! Thank you !
