Linked it more for the "BMI is no use if you have muscle" comment. Think the only reason BMI doesn't differentiate between type of mass is that it is just a rough and ready guide. That being said, it's possible to be muscly and have a BMI within normal range - although admittedly TdF riders aren't really your average Joes.

Twinings do a lovely buttermint tea - smells like Murray Mints :) (not sure that will mean much to anyone not in the UK!) and I'm also drinking their gingerbread green tea at the moment which is awesome.

Pretty much entirely no. For some women, it's the most unwelcome part of losing weight. How is this different to the same guys leaning out of a car and shouting at a woman that she's fat? It's just the other side of the same coin.

In the UK - Fage; it's pretty much the only genuine Greek yoghurt you can buy in British supermarkets - the rest are "Greek-style" - quite a big difference in the protein content, and usually made with stuff to bulk it out.
