Most have already said it, but you need to be counting calories even if you aren't eating "junk". As one person said, " healthy food has calories too", and you need to make sure you are in a deficit between weight consumed and weight burnt. I've felt the exact same way before. I agree. I see where the op is coming from because I've felt the same way.... like people only respond to ridicule. But, I do expect honest advice when I ask for it. You're right though... it's all going to be in how you choose to look at things.

I couldn't have said it better myself. For some, it may be hard to stay motivated if they're constantly being ridiculed for doing something different or taking more time than those " more successful". It's important to remember that most of us on this site has been in or are in the same situation. We all need encouragement.
