Just for a comparison .... I am 35 and 5' 4" - currently around 147ish and I still have quite a bit of belly/side fat. When I was between 130-135, my stomach was quite flat. Trying to get back to that at the moment! Keep going, you got this!!!

I'm not a big water drinker ... I only drink a half a glass at night to take my meds before bed. My liquid intake is from coffee in the morning and unsweetened tea throughout the day .... my pee is a very light color/clear most days *shrugs*
