So I did week 4 yesterday on Ripped in 30. I did like it but I was shaking in the warm up. LOL. It's tuff. But I am half through WOO HOO. Yay, I will redo another 30 days after I complete this first 30 days. 05/04/2011 Day 15 (Yay) Ripped in 30 (Week 4) Stairs 30 minutes P. S. her workouts do get easier with time. When you…

Thanks for the info. I really hope it's true because I am starting to feel the stress on my knees. Good Luck.

Kind of, some of the strenght and cardio workouts make you use your abs so I would say yes. Good Luck.

Hi everyone, Ripped in 30 - Week 3 (Day 14) Stairs - 30 minutes I am GOING (going is the key word) to try week/level 4 today. I'm a little nervous/excited at the same time. week 3 is tough I can only image week 4.

@ sdgirl22 - thanks and it was really fast. I keep getting on and off the scale to make sure I was reading it right. LOL. I think the portion control is what really helped. I use to do the 30 day shred and still eat whatever I wanted and not lose weight but inches and now I'm losing weight so I guess they are right and you…

aliciadpo I am so proud and thank you. It's funny because it is always harder for me to workout on the weekends then durning the week. I'm going to try and just workout Monday - Friday and just take off on the weekends.

Ok so last night I was so sore from doing Ripped in 30 week 3 for 2 days straight so I had to bring it back to 30 day shred Level 1. But at least I did something, or that's what I have to keep telling myself. LOL. There's this one move in week 3 where you use one arm and you lay on your side and it's kind of like a…

OMG, okay so yesterday I did Week/Level 3 of Ripped in 30. Did not really care for it. I was sweating at the binning of the warm-up, which was not as fun. I always look forward to the AB workout because it gave me a little breather, not so much in level 3. It was tough but I made it through. Like Ms. Michael's says "you’re…

@tiadame - Ripped in 30, I did the level/Week 1 for just 6 days and rested one full day. She says to make sure you rest for one full day and so I look forward to that day. LOL And now I am on level/Week 2 and I've been doing this for about 8 days. So I would suggest if you feel ready to move on then I say go for it but if…

@ SVanH0315 - I did the P90X and I hated it. I mean the program was awesome but working 8 hrs and then coming home cooking, cleaning, and playing with the kids it was very tough getting in that 1 1/2 workout. That's why I love Jillian's DVD's cause they are only 25 minutes long. I love her, i can see a different with her…

@ carmenvo - I would suggust the 30 day shred and running at least 3x a week for next month or just mix it up with the Ripped in 30 and 30 day shred plus the extra cardio. I know that the extra cardio has helped me lose the weight faster then just doing the DVD'S. Good luck.
-
@ aliciadpo -- I would agree that sounds right to me. I never thought to calculate it like that. That's awesome. Thanks for posting that because in the exercise part on this website I was just putting in 100 cal since you have to add what you think you are burning. Thanks.
-
@ MrsDowns22 - that's awesome, you did a lot today. And you can start today, I'm going to post mine later. Keep up the good work.
-
@ lauren807 - I have been doing the Ripped in 30 and I have also been going on the elliptical/treadmill/walking outside for at least 30 minutes a day 3x a week for extra. I think that the DVD is an excellent source to get you started but for me the extra cardio I do outside the home keeps me from getting bored. I know…

isktaine - you can start posting that day. I think anyone who wants to get started now, that would be just as great. I am going to start posting mine tomorrow. Oh and welcome to the challenge. I'm excited to see everyone who wants to join. It makes me look forward to seeing everyones results. Good luck.

To RJB0802 I personally like the Ripped in 30 day's because it has 4 levels and the 30 day shred only has 3 levels. They are both really good and effective (if you can keep it up for the whole 30 days unlike me I've failed so that's why I thought this challenge would be great so I will HAVE to complete it now) there's no…

Also we can start anytime you all would like. Also to Katnotfat, the DVD's awesome and I know you will look amazing on your BFF's wedding day after the DVD. I have more tone in my abs, legs, and arms because of it. On 30 day shred I still have problems with level 3 but 1 and 2 get easier with time. Ripped in 30 days I've…

Awesome and welcome. I also have been doing the Ripped in 30 which I love.

Awesome, you look amazing. Keep up the good work. Did you do the Jillian Michael's 30-day shred. She is awesome. I have her ripped in 30 days and I love it.
