Ive been taking Dexyfen and D.I.E.T now for almost a month. Not sure if its really helping or its the clean eating of absolutely no carbs, but i have dropped 13 lbs. The only side effect I've experienced is getting very hot, a little jittery. Subsides approximately an hour or two later.
