Usually I try to weigh in the morning, completely naked. Sometimes I end up weighing at night, even though I think it's useless. I am trying to tame this down to once per week, or even more than that....but I am so NOSEY! :)

I'd like to be in the 130s. However, my husband may prefer me in the 140s range. He prefers some curves. :) I guess we'll have to wait and see when I get that far. :)

I have hypothyroidism. I ditched Levothyroxine and started Armour Thyroid and it has done way better. Also, have your T3 as well as T4 levels checked. Check out http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com Meanwhile, I am gonna add you guys for more support!
