I lost over 90 pounds since january of 2010. Started getting lazy eating crappy and went from 208 back up to 231. I'm back at it again hoping to get back down to 210 or so by the end of May. Good to see others are working hard to get healthy/stay healthy. Look forward to seeing others reach their personal goals.
