  • Anything processed is HIGH Sodium. If you are eating turkey or chicken that is processed it has sodium. Look at all the foods you are eating, milk, cheese, etc. Drink a lot of water, to flush out your body of the sodium Rinse out any canned foods, this will reduce the sodium in them. Frozen foods have lots of sodium too.…
