  • I don't think it is included. I have seen some labeled though with the dry cereal facts and then a column that says "with 1/2 cup of 2% milk" or something similar.
  • Since I just started, I had been weighing myself daily so I could get an idea on how much my weigh fluctuated. But I am going to try now doing it once a week, so I can get a clearer idea on how much I'm actually losing rather then just seeing it fluctuate so much.
