I've been trying the "water first", instead of snacking. Have a big glass of water, wait a bit and see if I'm still hungry. Most of the time it helps, sometimes it doesn't. Getting into better habits has been my solution.

What is your height/Weight? I've been playing goalie for many years, but am now trying to track calories burned. I play at least one a week in a 90 minute (or more) game with no whistles. I've been looking for something that gives a decent account of calories burned for goalies, and this is the best I've found so far.…
