OMG! THIS! I've got insulin resistance and a bunch of other problems that make it difficult for me to eat like a 'normal' person. I've decided to keep mine closed since I've been getting unsolicited advice from mfp certified nutritionists. No one has access to my diary except I've specifically given you the password to it…

Lmaoo!! You people are always SO serious. Relaxxxx.

Lol. I eat 1200 or less on most days and I have lost 46 pounds. And no, I'm not in starvation mode, neither is it "all water weight". Stop telling people what to do. We all know our bodies best and we all know what works best for us individually.

Awesome awesome job! Well done xx

Had a pizza on saturday. Totally back on track now! :)

FOOD! No one loves food as much as I do. And then, having PCOS made it worse.

Coyote Ugly. Lmao.

Umm...he died because he had cancer.

I have pcos as well. Add me, everyone! xx

Lol I don't see why it's anyone's problem. If he wants his business to cater to only thin people, then there's simply nothing you can do about it. Shop somewhere else. It's like shops like Evans and co that only sell clothes to bigger sized people. I don't see anyone complaining about them.

Live and let live. Why are you so bothered about what people are doing, anyway?

You could try the insanity workout or the 30 day shred (this one is available on youtube). They're both very good. Alternatively, you could try running. I find this to be very helpful for me. I usually run close to liverpool uni and the city centre. Good luck. xx

Added you! xx

LMAO!

Hiiii :) I'm 6ft. Started at 248, now 206. Wanted to get down to 154, but I can see I may not need to go down that far...so maybe 170. I'll just keep seeing how it goes. Good luck, beautiful ones! xx
-
Hiiiii :) I live in Liverpool as well. Adding you xx

Exactly. I feel like everyone should just do what works for them and stop belly-aching and making a fuss about what the next person is doing.

I usually do a liquid juice cleanse after I've had a bad day and it helps me cleanse my system....usually spinach, cucumber, blueberries, kale, strawberries, apples, will do. To be honest, I throw in whatever fruits/veggies I have in the fridge, but the constants are always spinach and blueberries cos they have really good…

I tried it for some days but I stopped because not only did it not fill me up, I discovered it was filled with so much carbs and sugar. If you want a meal replacement shake, try a health store and ask for something which is low in carbs/sugar...if not, the purpose is defeated. I used the cambridge diet shakes and the UNC…

Damn! Well done, lad. Great job! x

I've been doing the cambridge diet (you can do an internet search on it if you haven't heard about it before) for three months now and I've lost 42 pounds. I started off with the low calorie step and then, I've gradually moved to a higher calorie step so I don't put the weight back on. I also exercise (running or skipping)…
