I bought it today and did day one about an hour ago. I could only hold out for 17 minutes before I about passed out. I want in and will keep going no matter what! I work out on the treadmill like a beast at Gold's everyday, but even a 15.0 incline isn't squats and jumping jacks! This is serious stuff! :)

Eat what I want, but in moderation.. and work out LIKE A BEAST to make up for it!!

I did the same thing about a month ago! I ate better and worked out EVERY DAY for 7 days at Lifestyles with my mom on one of those 7 day free trials. And when I weighed in it said I had only lost 0.2! I mean come on, not even HALF a pound?? But your body is speeding to catch up wondering what the heck you're doing to it. I…

I burn over 600 per day at the gym which changes my total caloric intake to over 1800. Am I supposed to then eat 1800? Or still eat 1200 and I've burned half my food for the day??
