Day 2 wasn't that bad. But that stupid knee warmup in the beginning i will not be doing. Eveytime i do it i can hear my kneecap crunching and crackling, but i know it's not a good thing, so i will do other knee warmups, if there such things for people with bad knees. I don't think anyone like jumping jacks. I did when I was younger, i though it was cool. but now that I am older, forget about it, but I do them because I have to and it's great cardio. :0)

My motivation tonight, is having my husband stare at me, again! Yesterday he loved how I sweated during day 1 and he had this amazing grin on his face and then he says, YOU GO GIRL!!!! It was so empowering ;0)

I beleive they are 3lb weights, but you can use any size, it's up to you. I use 5lbs, 3lbs and 2lbs depending on the movement. ~Chika

This was my quote oops. "I am also doing the C25K And i do it 3x a week (monday, wed, fri) and doing the shred at night everyday for 30days straight. I look at it this way, if i am over on my calories by dinner, if i do the shred i gain some calories back, that's my thinking :) Happy Shredding! ~chika

It is a running program for those that don't like running or have been out of the running program for a while. It trains you to run a 5k and it's a 9week program and it could take people longer or shorter to complete the program depnding on your running level. Remember to go at your own pace and level, don't want you guys hurting yourself. And yes the butt kicks where killer for me for my knees, so i din't go all the way to my butt. Tomorrow is another day :0)

WOW, thanks everyone. Great responses. It looks like I have to include fruits in my eating habbit. The only fruit i eat are bananas and some times nectarines, but i will definetly try to include some of the other foods...Thanks every one. I love MFP ;)

I'm 5'6" And my Actual Goal weigh is 130lbs, but If I get to 150 (good BMI) i will be happy. Bu yes we definitely have the same weigh goals :) So welcome aboard :)
