You guys are doing amazing on your c25k programs and let me tell you it doesn't get any easier but t does get better. Don't be afraid to repeat weeks if you have too, And don't forget, work on endurance first and…

NIce job ladies keep it up. Level 2 is a ball buster. I must say that i haven't done it in a few days. With such great weather outside i try not to stay inside so i do my C25K instead. Week 5 Day 3, this is getting intense. Keep up the good work ladies ~Chika

I'ts all good, as long as you get back in the game :) But it is tough to do other excersies and then throw in 30ds on top of it. I feel you. BUt it will be worth it in the end. Keep Shredding!

Okay so i decided that i would try level 2 today and I am glad i did. Level one was getting on my nerves and killing my knees. Level 2 is tough let me tell you but so much easier on my knees escept for those oblique twists. LEVEL 2 aint no joke. I am going to be on this level for the full 10 days and then some and on days…

I am on Week4 Day 2, i skipped 2 days in week 3, only because i was running non-stop for 20mins. But Week 4 is not that bad for me anyways. Ans no it doesn't get easier per se as the weeks progress, your body just builds the endurance to keep going and that's what thes c25k is all about to build endurace through traning as…

First and fore most don't give up. The soreness is just your body changing. If you are that sore just do the modifications, but after a while the soreness will pass, trust me. It's a quick workout and can be squeezed in inbetween other workouts and yes it is challenging, but i figure at about 20mins it's not that bad. Good…

I was trying not to peek @ level 2, but i wll continue level 1 until i can do eveything non stop with minor modification. Awesome job!!!!
-
Aesome job and good luck with your weigh-in, it can be nerve racking!
-
Becarefull doing it back to back to back, you don't want to hurt something, and remeber that your body needs recovery time, you don't want to keep doing the same moves over and over again, because your body will adapt to it and that's not good. Please be careful Good luck ~Chika

Awesome definitely gice c25k a go it's awesome. may i suggest splitting up the c25k and the 30ds because it can a killer. but if you feel you can do it at the same time, one right after the other, then by all means go for it. But i would do 30ds first and then go running ;) Goodluck

Day 4 was ok for me, I had to do a double workout today, Step aerobics and 30DS, it was a ball buster, but I have to lead by example and just do it. The lunges for me are out, so instead i do squats with the bicep curls, alot easier on the knees. Overall i had a good burn. 219cal. Hope eveyone had a productive workout.…

I just wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO @belly25k for losing 4.8 today. WOOOOOO HOOOOOO. You are doing phenomanal!!!
-
Okay will let you slide for today. But you only have one free pass left, use it wisely....nosa...just kidding. Donating blood does take a lot out of you though. Keep pushing!!!!
-
Nice job lynn. increasing weight, i'm scared of you. But i say if it's only 20mins you might as well go all out. I will increase mine as well and see how it feels... Thanks.
-
Awesome job, keep the motivation going.
-
If you see that much of a diffrence, then kudos. Yeah it's tough to do both shred and c25k that's why i try to have a 12hr lapse in between them and take alot of protein for muscle repair. Awesome job :) What week are you on for c25k? I'm on Week 4 Day 2
-
I beleive we are on diffrent time zones that's why there weren't any answers. But as far as doing a double workout, i don't see why not, if your body can handle it then i just say do it, but then again i'm not a fitness trainer. But if my body can handle it then I would do it. GOODLUCK!
-
Ok Day 3 was a little tough for me, only because i ran right before doing it, so my body was already in fatigue mode. I will probably keep breaking it up, run in the morning and do 30ds at night. But i pushed through day 3 and burn 236kcal, not bad. i'm sure when i get to level 2 my calories will be off the roof. i beleive…

I have a blackberry and although i love it, the MFP app doesn't go well with it. You don't get the news feeds on the BB. With that being said, I have an itouch and i use it for my MFP and i love it. My sister has a droid and she loves it. Although i love my BB, if they don't come up with something that compares to the…
