  • I'm 5.4 too! The pants thing is a right pain in the bum as 32" leg seems to be the norm - I need 29/30!! And the petite are too short on me also! (For those in the uk I find NEXT regular are pretty good and M&S) Sort it out shops!

I can understand how people can become obsessive over excersise and weight loss and I think there needs to be a balance between it being part of a healthy lifestyle and that's where I'm at…
  • I just made this with spring cabbage as that's what I had in the fridge! I sprinkled with salt and chilli flakes. They were lovely. Rather like the crispy seaweed you get from the Chinese takeaway! Thanks for the recipe. I will get some kale next time xx

  • I love low fat yogurt with a tsp of honey and granola or original Alpen. Oh and of course a lovely cup of tea! It's delicious.

  • I have 7lb to loose and I'm on 1210 calories a day. I lost 1lb in my 1st week and I'm happy with that. Others have said it's low, but I find that I'm always eating under with exercise etc. So I think it's fine and sustainable. You want to ensure you're happy and comfortable with your intake and not hungry. Good luck xx
