I'm not sure how high it is, but it's more like 1.5 per week, but I'm going to add more protein before going to the gym, that way I have more energy :)

Okkay thank you, I will add more protein before going to the gym, I mostly get hunger pains at the gym so I think it might be me needing something a little heavier :)
