Hi Kim, I do not know what my bodyfat % is. What do you suggest in the meantime until I can get my bodyfat tested? Before I read your response, I went in and changed my macros to 25/25/50 (c/p/f). I usually lift heavy 3 days a week at the gym and 1-2 days of Zumba.

Thanks so much for the tips! Although, I do not have the book yet, I am doing more of a Primal thing, so I will work with under 100g to start. I have gone to Mark's daily apple and also getting tips from here. I do need to get the book though because it seems like something I could live with long term. Thanks again!

I agree with Tonya. The author states that you should go with the predicted maintenance level for a month. After that, you have to see what your body does, and adjust accordingly.
