I have brain farts periodically when I'm teaching and I just start laughing and keep moving. My class laughs and we keep it moving. I don't take myself too seriously. I think it helps to make the students feel more comfortable and know that no one is perfect, even the instructor. Lol! And by the way, go ahead to the front…

I so loved reading all these comments!! I am a licensed Zumba instructor and I tell my class that there is no mistakes in Zumba. We are there to have fun and work out. If you have an unscheduled solo, it is OKAY!! Just do your thing!! Have fun and move!!! And like everyone else has said, it gets easier the more you go.

What are your macros set at? If you do not have a lot to lose, it will be harder. You may need to pay more attention to your macros. Or possible up your calories a bit. What is your TDEE and BMR?

I'm down 2.4 lbs as of this morning. I have not had a loss like this in awhile. Last week, it was a loss of .8. So I would imagine it will be similar next week. I really like the idea of this thread to help keep us accountable and also for motivation. Thanks OP!!!

I got my 11 year old son to hide my scale last weekend and told him not to give it to me even if I asked. He returned it this morning for my weigh in and it is now hidden again. It has been hard and I begged him for it a couple days but he would not let me get it. I was pleasantly surprised at the weight loss this week.
