  • Well my dad lied to me. Still very nervous about eating close to bed time. Its actually harder for me to get to sleep on a hungry tummy... don't really believe in "studies" I just wanted some advice from people losing weight. Thanks again guys

  • I guess I grew being told you would gain weight if you eat 2 hours or less before bed.. that you don't burn any of the calories and it turns to fat.. ?

  • Do it from the time you woke till you sleep. Your meals in accordance.even if you had a breakfast food for lunch mark it still in your lunch section of your diary. I keep strange hours too. I usually don't wake up till 2 or 3 pm and go to bed 4 or 5 am so it made perfect sense... keep up the good work !
