  • I have had an Apple Watch connected to MFP since I got it in October 2016. I've forgotten the exact steps on how to connect the Apple Watch to MFP, but am pretty sure I went to the Health app on my iPhone - > Sources -> MFP -> Turn All Categories On.

  • We are Printer Technicians for Xerox, so our job requires quite a bit of physical effort, especially when we are moving/installing 400+ lb printer modules within the building.
  • There are a few people at work that don't think they are drinking enough water and just wanted to put together a 1 Gallon Challenge. They know I'm a bit of fitness nut, lost 105lbs in 18 months (April '14-Oct '16), and asked if I'd be willing to join.
  • Currently the plan is 1 gallon of water. We wont be counting any tea/coffee/sports drinks/beer/etc. Just pure water. I've got a 30oz RTIC cup at both home and work. I go through the 30oz at work twice on most days, and once at home, just based on memory.
  • Nike Training Club has worked well for me. Also YouTube has a ton of different types of exercise videos. Yoga with Adrienne comes to mind.
  • Absolutely, I take a multivitamin and a B12 supplement in the morning with my breakfast.
  • Chocolate is life! The darker the better, 92% is delicious to me!
