I have been running with my pound puppy since we saved her in April, she is sometimes an awesome running mate, sometimes not so much. We have been to obedience school, it helped some. Dang! I was in for 4 miles, but hurt my hip at church on Christmas Eve and now I am couch bound! THIS SUCKS. I got my daughter new roller blades for Christmas in hopes that we could go to the park and I would run more and she would roller blade, no way that is happening now. This sucks.

The Dark, which sucks because I run outside early in the morning and it is about 3/4 of a mile of blackness with trees, shrubs and general forestry to get where there is lights beside the road. Good for you! You can do it! Put a post it note on your bathroom mirror to reminder yourself everyday on why you want to do this. Move the note around, otherwise you will get complacent if you leave it in the same spot. Happy Tuesday!

Vegetarian here, but my hubby is still an Omnivore so we still have meat in the house. I love guacamole and eat it almost every day.
