Compliment other walkers/runners when passing them? I might only pass 3-4 in my 5 mile run and some of them look totally beat (I am sure I do) and I love to give a "'Great Job" or "Keep it up" or "You got this!". I love hearing these things when I am sweating it out, so I just wondered how everyone else feels?

Quinoa, 1/4C calories???
I have recently discovered Quinoa with all of natural goodness, however, I am really confused about the calorie count, is it 1/4C prepared Quinoa 170calories, or non prepared? 170 calories for 1/4c is alot, not sure all the natural goodness justifies this amount of calories.
