SODIUM! wow - 2 weeks of cutting back (significantly) on the salt and people have actually started saying I've lost weight - face isnt "puffy" like it has been! :blushing:

question on the Foam Roller.... does it look like a long (maybe 3 or 4 ft long) and about 8-10in in diameter?? If so - then i have one and i've been doing it for the last few weeks & im excited to check my cellulite ;) plus - its PAINFUL if not - i dont know what it is and must google

I get that too - the "ok, stop. I had my BF done at the gym - with the trainer using those Tong things - she mentioned that she has girls with eating disorders come in and have like 30% Body Fat --- more to do with the fact that they have no muscle, rather then them actually BEING fat. i guess it makes sense ? just a thought - how much strength training…

I havent - might rethink. Didnt really consider it was "tip worthy"? its a dr office - plus, again - its so $$$ and Im there for like 5 minutes. Im at my hairdressers for HOURS - 20% seems appropriate. Nails - 1hr - appropriate laser - 5 minutes - not really, right?

Good for her! I agree - its her JOB to get in shape & lose the weight. Plus - who knows what else she does all day long.
