I eat abotu 1200 a day- it depends on your weight and height-- the days i work out i calculate it and i can eat more.. take some vitamins as well - spicy foods also speed your metabolism as well.. also you may hit some plateaus so just switch up what you are eating each week one week i stick to a vegan type…

  • It does not really matter at which time you do your excerise. But I have heard in the morning it helps set you off for the day and when you have less food in your system it burns off more of the fat you have. .. Apparently this is what some guy told me at the gym
