I have been on ww for 5 1/2 months and have only lost 18.2 lbs of the 29.6 to get into my "healthy weight range." I think ww was having me eat too much because they had me at 20 points a day, plus the 35 available weekly points. I started mfp 5 days ago and the points conversion is closer to 17-18.
