  • Counting Calories! If you see how many calories consume and how much exercise it takes to burn those calories, you feel quite motivated not to eat so much! E.g one chocolate has 205 calories and to burn these you have to run 20minutes @ 8mph. That is quite fast! Hope you will enjoy this site and start losing weight soon!!…
  • Don't worry! You are not alone. It is one of my weaknesses as well. What I've found helped is to not forbid yourself to have a chocolate once in a while. If you do, you will over do it once you get the chance. So eat chocolates!! It is good for you in some way! Just dont add the TOO MUCH in front of it!
