I like Chobani too but unfortunately they contain a lot of sugar which is why they taste so yummy! Try plain or even vanilla Chobani and add your own berries which is tasty and satisfying too :wink:

My kids love to dance so I try and dance with them. Do you have the Wii? They have a lot of great exercise and dance games that are fun and you can work up a sweat. If not, just turn the radio on and have fun! :wink:

I recommend walking when you can. It's a great cardio workout. I have also used walking videos which include basic walking and aerobic exercises. I remember my mom did that diet when I was a kid! I tried doing it with her but I think I only ate the ice cream! :) It sounds ok just concerned it would be hard to stick to and you may gain the weight back once you start eating regular foods.

Definitely have protein in the morning to fill you up. I like to have lite whole wheat english muffin w/ peanut butter or plain/vanilla greek yogurt. i add my own fruit to it since the ones that contain fruit are high in sugar. Kashi Go Lean Crunch but I was told by a nutritionist to eat protein at breakfast such as whole wheat english muffin w/ 1 T of peanut butter,or oatmeal, or plain greek yogurt w/ fruit you add.

I buy some protein shakes from a local fitness expert who is on Dr. Oz a lot. I like the chocolate protein shake the best. It's very tasty and fills me up. I always have one for breakfast and for lunch or snack. www.lisalynfitness.com. They help me to stay in control and it has a lot of protein!

I agree with having eggs for breakfast...I love the veggie egg beaters w/ reduced fat cheese. I also like lite multi-grain english muffins w/ peanut butter or protein shakes for breakfast.

I heard that drinking hot water w/ lemon is supposed to be very good for you. Also, green tea is very good for you too.

Yes, I'd love the support and accountability. I keep losing and gaining the same 5 lbs. I need to see new numberssoon because it really depresses me. I'm an emotional eater so food has always comforted me. Please add me as a friend for accountability!

Try the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred or Biggest Loser DVDs. They're very motivating and you'll see great results. Also, the exercise channel on cable has a variety of free workouts that are fun and motivating. Good luck! It will be nice to get outside again to walk/run!

Protein is the best thing to have in the morning especially for weight loss (according to Dr. Oz and some other fitness experts). I love having egg beaters or protein shakes which typically fill me up until lunch time. I also like Kashi cereal when I'm craving some carbs!

I heard a fitness expert mention that clear liquids like vodka & sugar free sprite gin & tonics w/ lime are ok in moderation. I still need to have my red wine just in moderation :)

I love Luna Protein Bars, almonds (100 calorie packs are great for on the go), Chobani yogurt w/ fresh blueberries/strawberries, egg beaters, protein shakes.

Pilates is a good workout for your abs and back...I went to a class today and it was all focused on abs, back, and legs too!
