Absolutely! I started at 347 in March & MFP had me @ 2120 to lose 2 lbs a week. With my cardio (walking, Wii Fit, & Xbox Kinect) I'm down to 310. Right now, with a Sedentary lifestyle set, MFP has me @ 1990 cals to lose 2lbs/week. I'm at the dreaded plateau. But, my body is definitely changing, clothes all falling off!!!…

Cut them up, then freeze them. Once frozen, put them in a high power blender/processor with some vanilla extract, a little Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, and a touch of Milk (soy, almond, whatever)... Makes a great ice cream!

Great answers! The reason I support use of the HRM is that MFP cannot assess when your heart rate (and subsequent calorie burn) is elevated above the average numbers that MFP uses. For example, Monday I walked 5.0 miles for 84 minutes @ 3.5 mph/brisk pace. -- MFP DATABASE = 760 calories -- POLAR FT7M HRM = 1,192…

Get a Heart rate monitor & ignore the MFP estimates.

I do Kinect Sports. And with the Soccer mini game "Super Striker", I burn 700+ calories playing for an hour! I wear my Polar Fit FT7 hrm to verify the calorie burn.

Don't sweat it! I eat 1/2 - 1 cup of Blue Bunny Red Carpet Red Velvet Cake OR Triple Chocolate ice cream a couple times a week, INTENTIONALLY because i like it! LOL! . . . . I was eating Skinny Cow (1 cup @ 150 calories) -- which is good. The Blue Bunny is 150 & 190 calories per 1/2 cup respectively, and of course more fat…

FlatOut Flatbread! . . . Brush it with olive oil & place it oil-side down directky on your oven rack (375 preheated). Bake for 7 minutes for it to firm/crisp up. Take it out, add your toppings, put back in for 5-7 minutes. Voila! . . . The bread is 90-100 calories each, depending on the flavor.
