Past few days have been chaos. Weekend eating is my usual weekend eating, then I had a conference yesterday and Monday, which had unlimited food.. ate healthy foods (more or less), but a LOT of it. Then someone brought muffins and biscuits to work this morning, so I ate a little of that. Sigh. BF went down by another…

I don't see Caramilk on the list, so it must be 0 calories. Which is great, cause I already ate some ^_^

Yesterday I tried using a foam roller.. holy crap it HURTS! I've never felt a pain like that, but I'm told it's "good for your muscles".. :/ lol

Thanks Dana :) I have to keep reminding myself about the muscle-- hard to keep that in mind when you start staring at the scale :P Have fun at dinner! Was over yesterday cause my bf's mom baked cupcakes... curses!! I managed to contain myself though and only eat one. Leg day today-- my favorite! Missed the gym yesterday…

I generally eat at least half my exercise calories back, so on average I eat around 1,400 calories on days I work out. I measure everything (throughout the week) and plan my breakfasts and lunches. I measure/weigh my suppers some of the time, depending on what I eat (for example, my bf unexpectedly ordered some garlic…

Nice job Dana, that's awesome! No news here-- diet's been going relatively well, getting a pretty good routine going. Not really losing any weight though.. I already eat 1,200 calories a day, and my job is sedentary.. I can't go any lower in terms of calories, and I burn an average of 500 at the gym every day.. Not sure…

I've never read your threads before, but your advice is fantastic and I've been following everything covered so far on this one. Thanks for the great thread! :)

I'm in LOVE with my Polar FT4. Comes with a chest strap for better accuracy, and the bluetooth also connects with machines, so I can check my heart rate on the treadmill rather than trying to read the numbers on my wrist while I run. :)

Was down a couple pounds to 138 on Friday! Yay! Also down a pound in fat, but also a pound of muscle.. Oops. Bought/prepped some food for meals this week and got new protein powder, so diet should be good too. Binged yesterday for my bday, but that's an exception. :P Ate a LOT of cream puffs.. hehe. My workouts with my…

Welcome to the group twinmom! Your goals are definitely attainable, you're doing really well already! I have my anniversary AND birthday coming up this weekend, so I'm going to have to try to be good. I doubt there will be any difference in weight/composition by tomorrow thanks to TOM, but I have noticed my self-esteem is…

Thanksgiving is over, and TOM is just beginning-- it's probably safe to say my weight will be up. -_- My weigh-in was semi-good on Friday. Down 2 lbs in fat, up 1 lb in muscle, and an extra lb in water lol. Sooo my weight hasn't changed, I'm wondering if maybe I'm just destined to stay around 140.. BAH. Loving my HRM, it's…
