You need to get scales that have multiple load cell technology. It will give you a more accurate reading of your weight. Also, make sure you get a digitial scale if you are going to keep it in your bathroom, the dial will rust otherwise on the others.

Have you ever planned your meals? I find when I plan my meals out, and my dinner is usually the largest meal of the day and I prelog I don't have to worry about over or under eating. I just adjust my calories at the end of the day, if neccassary.

I'm just the opposite, if I don't work out in the morning I am sluggish all day. On the rare occassion I do have to work out in the evening my workout is terrible. I have no energy, I'm tired, and can only do a portion of what I can normally do. I say stick with what works for you!! I'm not sure there is a "right" time!
