Cut out the sugary drinks and treats, replace with fruit like apples with natural peanut butter or some berries. Eat more vegetables. Have a decent breakfast like.... scrambled eggs and a banana for example... add a salad to your lunches and dinners.

I usually log in my bootcamp workouts under circuit training. I find, because I wear a bodymedia fit arm band, that the calorie burns are a little high tho. But thats where I put em :)

Ive read that for each item that you juice, you times the grams of fibre in the item you are juicing by 4 and minus this from the total calories as you are not ingesting the fibre. Exactly. Youve just made my point. Its pretty hard to find processed boxed foods that mave nearly the same macros/micros/calories than good wholesome real food does :)

If you and I ever end up trapped together on a desert island with 100 cases of kraft dinner and an unlimited supply of fresh meats, fruits and vegetables, you can have my share of the kraft dinner and we'll see in a year who has what vitamin and mineral deficiencies and who still has all their teeth..... :flowerforyou:

People who complain and whine about doing "everything right but they cant lose weight" and they log 700 calories in 15 minutes of driving to work as their exercise for the day and eat back those calories in candy. :huh:

Tough Mudder is one of the hardest. i dont think Id try it for my first mud run. I'd start with a 5k mud run and go from there!
