Why is it that in the evening fitbit will tell me that i am within my goals and that i have 300 calories left in my budget, so I eat a snack thats 100 calories and go to bed thinking I did great and I was 200 under my goal, and then when i wake up in the morning I look at the previous day and it tells me i ate 300 calories…

Workout Acne
I normally dont suffer from much acne minus the odd pimple here and there, but every time I get on a real work out kick I break out. My jawline, chest and shoulders. I make sure to shower right after my workout and I am eating well. Anyone else have this issue and what did you find worked to combat your wacne?

Whats better, 2 back to back or only 2 in a week? or...
I only have access to the gym on days that I work. I am taking fridays off this summer. Smith Machine
I'm just starting out with NROLFW though I am no stranger to lifting... We have a Smith Machine for squats at our local gym. I am assuming I should use a squat rack and not rely on the Smith machine for squats as you use more supporting muscles outside of the Smith Machine? Thanks in advance :)
