Is to read the first page of posts on a thread to get the jist and then skip to about 10 pages in and see who has peeved who off and how far off of the original topic that the replies have drifted to!

For example a recent thread that I started began with basically saying no to junk food and ended with people accusing others of abandoning their children to exercise! LOL!

Its really quite amusing how fired up people get with random strangers on the internet! And how off topic things can end up!

Lets face it this section is full of BS. So that's what I do. I fill it with more BS. Usually in the form of some ridiculous reply that is entirely inappropriate.

I like seeing how a simple question about milk progresses into all-out guerilla warfare and rants about baby cows and baby almonds.

Personally, I like to find the 'frustrated after two weeks of eating better and kinda working out" posts, then check see how many posts or pages it takes before someone tells them that they're probably gaining muscle!

Always entertaining: amatuer physicysts trying earnestly to explain just how a pound is (or isn't) a pound based on flawed assumptions and bad math, until it devolves into an orgy of semantic nit-picking and butthurt.
