I aim to hit at least 85 grams of fat a day and like someone else mentioned I struggle to get it up there....its usually a good thing to get your fat up, but if specifically trying to keep it low I would use low fat dairy products and avoid things like avocados, olive oil, nut butters etc.
-
I personally love it lol...you could add it too smoothies....or try other nut butters like almond butter...or tahini. There are other foods that are high in fat....use olive oil....avocado....cheeses....full cream milk etc

I am in Australia and use trutein or alkaline extreme...ive always loved trutein....but must admit alkaline extreme kinda kicks trutein in the *kitten* lol...sadly its double the price tho too...lol :) I have one for breakfast and one for a afternoon snack.

I too have PCOS. I started at 380 pounds, am currently 230 pounds - I found exercise really beneficial for me. Also ensuring I get adequate sleep is important too.
-
I started at 380 pounds, currently approx 230 pounds, and I have done that thru good eating and exercise and making sure I get adequate sleep :)

I started at 380 pounds and am about 230 pounds currently. I do have loose skin but I find if you dress well its not very obvious.

MFP underestimates protein needs. You can alter your macros in your settings and set it to what you want.
-
I lose from my waist and face first, and last is my legs and hips.

I am doing low carbish about 85-100 grams carbs most days (sometimes lower) and I manage to eat 1800 calories but I have noticed I dont desire to overeat at the moment. Same as a previous poster commented I eat high fat...things like cheese, avocado, nuts, tahini etc they are mostly not filling but calorie dense.

I did not gain any weight after having a ablation apart from some initial fluid gain after the surgery and it was gone within a few days.

Its like anything we all have different likes and dislikes. I have been exercising regularly for 6 years....have tried a wide variety of things and nope I dont like it, I will never enjoy it, but I appreciate the benefits of it - I dont regret the workouts ever I simply dont enjoy the process.
-
Just eat healthy, do some activity, make sure you get adequate sleep and it will happen :)

This is exactly me...I have to put everything away and I even restrict what I bring in the house (single serve packages and only one of them at a time - i live next door to a grocery store so I purchasing one item at a time is easy for me)...but even if I am not hungry if I see something I enjoy on the counter it will…

I have PCOS and endo and to date have lost 68.9 kilos/151 pounds. I have found a focus on protein and fat works well with me (i still eat between 100-150 grams of carbs a day) I also think exercise and getting enough sleep for me has been key as well. :)
-
i like quest bars too :)
-
30 grams oats, 30 grams chocolate peanut butter protein powder and a cup of cold milk....mixed together eaten like cereal :)

Weight fluctuations can be related to lots of things...hormones, stress levels, high sodium meals, hydration etc. Nothing wrong with weighing yourself everyday if it works for you do (I do) but you just need to be aware fluctuations will happen.

I always take mine to a battery store after I damaged my first HRM by doing it myself. I am from aussie and a aussie coin (a 10 cent piece from memory) worked for me.
