You can eat healthier on a budget. I feed 6 of us on 240 for 2 weeks. Frozen veggies are a great thing. However if your parents won't try that's not going to make much of a difference. Can you buy things to make dinner one or two nights a week? Or can you buy protein shakes or powder? That way at least you are getting some…

When I first started working out I did really easy DVD's and then worked my way up to harder ones. There is no way I could do what I do now 7 months ago. Just give yourself some time and work your way up. Or do the 10 minutes of what you have this week and then next week make yourself do 15.

Dos Equis Amber has 146 calories per 12 oz. Yuengling (if you can find it) has 145 per per 1 pint. Those are the only dark beers I drink besides Guiness.

My girls care and notice. Hubby not so much! But my girls are 10 & 13 and the oldest is seeing Mommy have muscles again and she wants those for her Vanguard.

I think wow it's so quiet. With a house full of 4 kids, a husband and 3 dogs I never have any quiet. Running gives me that so I try to enjoy it.

From February until I joined MFP 2 months ago I had lost 30 pounds. Since joining here I've lost 4. I lost one of those in July, I have 23 pounds left. I am shrinking and firming up but it would be nice to see the scale go down at least some. It's getting very frustrating.

I think if they are done right, they look really good. Just go with something that will look natural on your frame. If it will make you feel better about you, then I say go for it.

Check out bodyrock.tv.com. They are all free and they have a lot of body weight work outs. They are super quick but you really feel it.
