Thank you to the folks that wrote positively to me, thank you! This is a rough and hard journey for me. But one that I won't give up on doing.

You know, I'm glad I'm not the only one that worries about these things. Yes the weight scares me but so does the loose skin because I've watched some videos of people with that loose skin and it's like I don't know scary in my head. It's not an excuse but it is a worry because you know when you are as heavy as I am it is…

For me it depends on the apple and how it taste, and what I'm in the mood for. If it's something sweet and the apple taste a bit sour then it will take me a long time to eat it. But if the apple is sweet and I want sweet then not long at all.

Hi there, Honestly I don't think there is anything anyone can say to help you. As the first step is wanting to help yourself. I see that you do but it's a long way off. Start small and work into bigger goals and things. Don't try to change everything at once. It will only make it worse and you don't want that. You have to…

I completely understand your pain struggle and know this, you have it in you to get better healthier and stronger. I would say if I can do it anyone can but you have to have that willpower. See The reason I understand is I'm 36 soon to be 37 in Sept and am at my highest weight of 454.2 lbs. It hurts to walk further then a…

I was/am a HUGE Soda drinker. Pepsi is my weakness I was up to 5 to 6 bottles which was 16.9 oz. a Day. sometimes more. Then one day I found myself this 16 oz Mason Jar Tumbler which I ONLY use for water. I put water and ice in it and tell myself if I drink that then I can have a pop, as I spend most my day sitting or at a…

Has anyone tried to make the dough ahead of time and fried when you wanted one? I'm curious as you have to let them sit for 25 minutes could you leave them over night or even a couple of days and then cook them as you need?

I've sent you an add! I'm just learning to be more supportive and social on here! But I'm looking for those words of encouragement and all too.

Hi there! First off, I have to say I understand the diet issue. As I'm a large woman now, partially because of my meds and the other part is my eating habits I've been an emotional and over eater since I was 12 when I hit puberty. I've struggled with 'diets' and all and found that they never work because the will power was…

Hey Darlin, I've gotta say I read your post and was a little dishearted. First off, the one thing I noticed is that you may not be eating enough for your body to function and it's going into shut down mode and making everything you eat into fat. Now, I would start with keeping a food journal and this site has an excellent…

Depends on the size of the brownie, If you can eat just a little to stifle that craving for it then go for it. Then have the wine and that bath as it sounds like you need that.

My 'Why' ... this is something I read through a few pages and looked at people's 'why's and honestly, I really thought about this as to why i wanted to lose weight. There are many reasons. - To feel better about myself - To get healthier - To not feel like a failure as a person - To keep up and play with my nephews and…
