I started stronglifts 5X5 not too long ago and noticed the exact same thing with my running. I'm faster and it feels easier. Isn't it great?

I picked up some think thin bars at the grocery store yesterday for when I'm in a time crunch 240 cal/9g fat/20g protein. The one I've tried so far (peanut butter) tasted pretty good. They do have sugar alcohols tho, so if you're sensitive to that they may not work for you.

I think maybe you need to realize that even non overweight people have days where they feel 'fat'. Don't be to hard on yourself, you're doing great. Keep it up.

Smart. You know the COMPUSLION to over eat/drink is INEVITABLE but that not actually doing these things is INEVITABLE. I say, remember why you want to lose weight...don't be too hard on yourself...have fun.....get back on the wagon on monday. ENJOY! :)

I have suffered from shin splints that prevented me from running. I discovered (for me) that the issue was my sneakers. Since I switched to running flats I never get shin splints anymore. The bonus is that they're insxpensive and when they get stinky you can throw them in the washing machine.

In the book The Orgasmic Diet, Marrena Lindberg recommends the gyneflex to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. It offers some resistance. It works. I've only had 2 pregnancies but also have had issues with urinary incontinence during jumping exercises. Hope this helps! http://gyneflex.com/

I ruined a phone with sweat by carrying it in my sports bra (try explaining THAT to the guy at the phone store). Now I use an armband or hold it in my hand.

Yes. I'm really glad to hear that I'm not the only one feeling this way today. Splurged a bit yesterday....apple pie, candy corn M&Ms. Today I just want to eat! I'm not actually hungry, more like mentally feel like eating. It's a bit disappointing after feeling like my appetite was under control.
