Thanks everyone. I would say that at times you won't even notice a change with only weight loss. I haven't lost any weight yet but through running and eating better I have gone down a pants size. Just keep going on your journey. Maybe take measurements and progress photos if it's hard for you to notice a difference in yourself. Good luck!
