I have it and did it. I'm now doing C210K and love it too. I run on a treadmill and it works perfectly for that. I can't think of any negatives, it did what it was supposed to do. Hope you decide to try.

I agree will all the comments above. The best way to lose weight and keep it off is learn how to eat healthy calories, not empty ones. I'm in.. I've ordered the DVD. I did the the older version and loved the results, but have gotten a little bored of the workout. I'll probably start as soon as the DVD's arrive :smile:
