  • You will defenitely figure it out! As TwentyTen said there are lots of friendly people around to help you along the way.   • I too suffer from the same afternoonn slump! I find that by taking my multi-vitamin in the afternoon with lunch gives me the extra boost I need to keep me going until bedtime!

  • I would have to agree...I weigh myself in the morning after I pee and before I eat or drink anything...always naked!
