I agree with Alatariel75. I too did it for a long time (just WW online). I tried the meetings, but for me that was not a great option. I think if you found a good leader and group, it may be a better experience. I did lose 60 lbs in almost 2 years, but it was not sustainable for me. WW did point me in the right direction,…
