  • I am a nurse too and when I worked days I would make a quick smoothie and drink it and eat an apple on the way to work.I also would toast half a whole wheat english muffin and spread peanut butter.Those things seemed to work for me.
  • There are different HR monitors.some give the calorie count and some don't.Obviously the ones that do are a little more pricey.amazon.com has a good selection.I was going to wait and let that be one of my rewards but my calories burned seemed off for my weight.I was right,they were.I have really enjoyed having it.
