So far so good. I set a target for 215 by next week, so .4lb should be possible (even with the celebration of our national day on thursday). Had a calm weekend. We had all the kids this week, so pretty busy with four kids at home (don't know if the 14yo stll count as a kid?) BBQ, sun, laughter, Marvel movies with the…

The first is from september, but could have been in january, since I didn't start losing before early february.

From 245 to 215. Goal before next summer is 180.

Regarding the topic of before and after photos, my wife took this one of me two days ago. Even when I find it hard to see differences day to day, I was kinda happy when I saw this one.

Try to meassure hips, waist, chest, arms, thighs and so on...so when you dont see it yourself, you can see the measurement. Myself, I dont see much difference mostly because I see myself everyday. But I know I've lost 12 cm ( almost 5 inches) around the waist since february.

Super busy yesterday, so had no time to be on the forum, but weigh in as normal monday morning. Was a bit sceptical bc a large bbq on sunday, but turned out ok. Need to drop a total of 1,5lb next two weeks to reach my goal for may. I manage to get my four weightworkouts a week, some runs, and my pushup/pullup challenge…

*Rest day, and too much good food yesterday. Good thing is that that meant I got a hell of a good day working my back today. Energy surplus equals all lifts are more easy, so overdid reps on ALL exercises... My journey is not only weightloss, but I want to keep as much musckles as possible, so kinda happy anyway. So far…

I lift thre or four times a week. Started lifting for first time in my life in august, so have had a couple of months now. Just started using my bike to work, at least when I'm able (and it isn't raining). Want to get in a few runs to, but it's hard to find time. Besides that, I've got a challenge with a mate, 60 day plp…

Been too busy to post to much here. Sorry about that... Anyway. I've been mostly good at eating, stopped drinking soda and mostly had good controll. Had at least three and most times four times a week lifting weights, and planning on start riding my bike to work , now the snow is gone... AND I've reached my goal of 218…

Oh those good sounds...like walking up a stair... Well, only 39, but still cracking! Down below 100kg today AND passed 30 bmi AND just finished my back/biceps workout AND there is sun and no snow outside. Happy thursday!

This sounds like me. I've plotted in everything, like weight, bf, cm etc in a spreadsheat, and estimated analysis based on my goal, so have many small goals, corelations and other fun stuff to keep me on track (and to se how good I can predict)

Awesome!

Just had to share this. As I said before, weigh in on monday is a little funny, because the weekends determines so much. Had two birthdayparties this weekend, and thus a little gain. Said I'll be back strong in may, and so far so good. Today I was at 218lbs, wich is awesome for two reasons: *I (as a metric user) tippet…

Turned 39 a couple of weeks ago. Planning to get a beachbody by next summer...

NOT an expert, but my first thoughts. Losing will NOT fix your back, BUT help redusce the stress you put on it. Getting a stronger back will help both back itself, and spasmes. Start with all those boring exercises, like standing on all four and raise a hand or foot, or left foot/right arm etc, or bending/arching the back.…
