  • @Browneyedgirl749 take measurements around a couple of places...just to monitor multiple changes...I use to at least take my waist (actually mostly because its kinda depressing to train my chest as hard as I do, and still lose inches there..) but for women waist and hips are very usefull and repetable.

  • There are two ways to lower bf. Less fat or more muscles. Since you are concerned about the musclemass, I would strongly suggest to hit som weights. Lift hard and eat enough proteins.
  • A usual advice is to get enough protein, 0,6-1 gram pr lbs bw is usual recommodations. For cardio, heart rate average is useless unless you know max hr. Steady cardio is apr 60/65% max hr. But you could benefit doing intervalls.
