Our bodies are very efficient at "survival." If you are not eating enough calories your body will become a fuel saver. You need to eat enough to keep you metabolism up. I think you may be sabotaging yourself by eating too little (as mentioned above). :flowerforyou:

I found the Orowheat whole grain sandwich thins at Costco. I think they come 48 to a bulk package divided into 4 smaller packages. I froze three and kept one out for my daughter and myself. I love them and have even given up my bagel thins in the morning for these.
