I eat one meal a day. Its not ideal, but what needs to be done to keep me on track. Hey! I IT Fast too!! I fast every other day- so, eat, fast, eat, repeat. Although I did just fast the past three days and broke it at 9pm the third day. Today is a fasting day, actually! I'd love to be friends!
